Ceropegia Chain of Hearts Variegated
The Variegated Chain of Hearts is such a pretty little plant! With its delicate, heart-shaped leaves in lovely shades of green, silver, cream and pink, it's a beautiful way to add a little colour to your home.
Its long, trailing stems look gorgeous spilling over the sides of a hanging basket or pot, or cascading down from a shelf. Best of all, it's easy to care for and doesn't need a lot of fuss.
Tip: Keep your Chain of Hearts in a bright spot out of harsh afternoon sun to bring out those lovely pink and cream colours. Let the soil dry out between waterings, as it doesn't like wet feet.
