Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected.

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once the item has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the product only.

Incorrect Size

Please check sizing information carefully before ordering. If you order the wrong size or the item doesn't fit, this is considered a change-of-mind return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Colour & Product Images

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting and device displays.

If the item supplied matches the product ordered, differences in screen appearance are considered a change-of-mind return and return postage will be the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where a return is approved due to our error or a product fault, Lumpy's will cover the reasonable cost of return postage and provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
