Westringia Naringa 140mm
Westringia Naringa is a hardy and attractive Australian native shrub prized for its neat, naturally compact growth and fresh grey-green foliage. Producing masses of delicate white to soft mauve flowers throughout the year, with particularly lovely displays in spring, it brings subtle colour while also attracting bees and other beneficial pollinators to the garden.
Fast growing and exceptionally versatile, Naringa responds beautifully to pruning, making it an excellent choice for hedging, screening, borders and structured garden designs. It can also be left to grow naturally for a softer, more relaxed native look. Once established, it is drought tolerant and handles coastal conditions, wind and light frost, making it a dependable choice for a wide range of Australian gardens.
Plant in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil. For the best dense growth and flowering, a sunny position is ideal.
Tip: Give Westringia Naringa a light trim several times during the growing season rather than one heavy prune. This encourages dense, bushy growth and makes it particularly easy to maintain as a beautifully tidy hedge.
