Thyme Faustino 100mm

Thyme Faustino is a small hedging form of thyme and has highly fragrant green leaves with a slightly sweeter flavour than English thyme varieties.

Mass of pale pink flowers in summer, it attracts bees to the vegetable garden.

Plant in full sun to part shade, into a slightly limey soil. 

Can be used in all stages of cooking and makes a good garnish for any savoury dish.
