Marjoram Sweet is a fragrant, easy-to-grow herb treasured for its soft, velvety green leaves and delicate, sweet flavour. Milder than oregano, it adds a warm, aromatic touch to soups, casseroles, roasted vegetables, pasta, pizza, salads and herb butters. In summer, it produces clusters of tiny white to pale pink flowers that also attract bees and other beneficial pollinators. Perfect for herb gardens, raised beds or pots, Sweet Marjoram thrives in a sunny position with well-drained soil.

Tip: Harvest the stems just before the plant flowers for the richest flavour, and trim regularly to encourage fresh, bushy growth throughout the season
