Liriope Evergreen Giant produces grass like, deep green leaves and upright spikes of rounded, and bell shaped, purple flowers in late spring and early summer.
It is widely used in landscaping as a groundcover, and is also perfect for borders, edging along paths, rockeries, embankments and containers.
It thrives in a partly shaded position in moist, well drained soil. It also tolerates light frost and periods of dryness. This plant may be left undisturbed to form clumps or can be divided in autumn.
