An exceptionally creamy variety with rich yellow flesh. Perfect boiled or mashed but is also ideal for baking or used in soup. Delicious and versatile, excellent for mashing. Potatoes grow in a wide range of soils, the ideal being sandy with a high humus content. They require nitrogen so add manure and garden compost to the soil before planting. Once the soil has warmed, new shoots will appear in 2-3 weeks and require mounding to encourage formation of the new tubers, and to ensure they are not exposed to the sun.
