Chamelaucium uncinatum Jackie Sue is an Australian native rounded shrub with masses of fine needle-like leaves on branching stems. An abundance of small white-pink waxy funnelform flowers with crimson centres appear during spring and summer. An excellent addition to native gardens and is a fantastic cut flower specimen for indoor decorations. Prefers an open, sunny or partly shaded position and is able to grow in a wide range of free-draining soils. Jackie Sue is tolerant of hot, dry conditions and has a low water requirement once established. After flowering prune appropriatley to maintain shape. Apply a slow release native fertiliser during spring. Chamelaucium uncinatum Jackie Sue will grow to a height of 2m and a width of 2m.
