Mint Common 100mm

Common Mint 100mm is a vigorous, fast growing, spreading perennial that sends out runners just above and below the ground level, quickly forming large lush green patches.

It requires regular trimming to ensure nice bushy, healthy plants. Although mint is hardy, it prefers cool damp conditions in partial shade.

The leaf is used in cooking, fresh or dried, including, teas, jellies and ice creams and is infamous when cooking lamb.

Mint is also known to be used to treat insect bites.
