Acacia baileyana Purpurea or Cootamundra Wattle is a bushy shrub or small tree growing 3-10 meters high. It is easily identified by its golden pom pom flowers and its lilac to blue-grey foliage. The tree is very hardy and suitable for a wide range of climates. It tolerates drought and frost to -10C. It grows well in full sun to partial shade and tolerates coastal conditions.
