The Random Harvest Story
Random Harvest began in Australia in 1981 as a family-owned business and has grown from small beginnings into one of Australia’s recognised gourmet food and gifting brands. More than four decades later, it remains 100% Australian owned, with its products proudly made in Australia.
Despite its growth, the philosophy behind Random Harvest has remained wonderfully simple – create quality gourmet food using great ingredients, traditional recipes and interesting flavour combinations.
Production is undertaken in small batches, and the company works with Australian producers and suppliers to showcase quality Australian ingredients.
So, What Does Random Harvest Make?
This is where things get delicious!
The Random Harvest range has grown enormously over the years and includes gourmet mustards, chutneys, tapenades, caramelised balsamics, dressings, jams, savoury and dessert sauces, dukkahs, seasonings, rubs and confectionery.
They’re also particularly well known for their Australian truffle range, which includes products such as Australian Truffle Oil, Truffle Salt, Truffle Mustard, Truffle Aioli and Truffle Caramelised Balsamic. Random Harvest works with Australian truffle growers and uses Australian-produced extra virgin olive oil in its truffle oil.
And if you have a sweet tooth, you haven't been forgotten! Their wider range includes handmade-style fudge, rock candy, fruit jellies, coconut ice, popcorn, chocolates and other tempting treats.
