Based in Gloucester, Greg has built a reputation for creating small-batch, handcrafted hot sauces that are all about flavour first, then heat. Every bottle is proudly Australian made using quality ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Rather than simply creating sauces that burn, Greg has focused on developing bold, balanced flavours that complement food while still delivering the perfect chilli kick.
What began as a hobby during 2020 quickly turned into an award-winning local business. After years of perfecting recipes, Greg shared his creations with family, friends and neighbours, whose enthusiastic feedback inspired him to take the next step. Today, his range includes everything from mild and family-friendly through to seriously hot sauces for true chilli enthusiasts.
One thing we particularly love is Greg’s philosophy that every chilli has its own personality. Whether it's the tropical sweetness of Passion & Fire, the rich smoky notes of Blazing Barbeque, or the intense heat of Burnin' Bhut, each sauce has been carefully crafted to bring out the natural character of the chillies rather than simply chasing extreme heat.
